The famous brisolée
at Relais de la Sarvaz
From the end of September to the end of November, come and enjoy our all-you-can-eat brisolée, a true Valais tradition.
It includes:
– Wood-roasted chestnuts
– 4 Valais mountain cheeses
– Seasonal fruit
– Anniviers cured bacon
– Walnut butter and rye bread
In addition, a plate of Anniviers dried meat can be served, as well as a slice of homemade fruit tart.
