Autumn tradition
The famous brisolée, available through November 29, 2026
at Relais de la Sarvaz
From the end of September to the end of November, come and enjoy our all-you-can-eat brisolée, a true Valais tradition.
It includes:
– Wood-roasted chestnuts
– 4 Valais mountain cheeses
– Seasonal fruit
– Anniviers cured bacon
– Walnut butter and rye bread
As a side dish, you can be served a plate of Anniviers dried meat, along with a slice of homemade fruit tart.
Veuillez noter que nous ne proposons pas la brisolée à l’emporter mais seulement à consommer sur place. Nous vendons seulement des châtaignes crues – coupées ou non.
